What foods can lead to such a horrible situation?

The biggest culprits are the “health foods” you eat every day, and have been told are the healthiest by big food corporations, your doctor, health teachers, and even the government.
You often hear vague claims in the news that “sugar is bad for you” or that “wheat and gluten are bad for you”, but do you truly understand what these foods do to your insides?
Most people DON’T understand the reasons…
…and the fact is that some of the foods you’re going to discover can not only DESTROY your digestive system, but also hormones and metabolism.
Not only that, but as you’ll see below, there’s a common plant-based food that you probably eat in restaurants frequently (I bet you ate this at least ONCE in the last week), and this common plant food is proven to CAUSE heart attacks!

The 3 reasons you should NEVER eat wheat — Yes, even “whole wheat”

There are 3 main reasons why wheat is a terrible food for your body and does more harm than good…Reason #1 — Wheat causes blood sugar disruption, Glycation of your cells, increases AGING, weight gain & boosts Diabetes risk
Before I tell you why wheat can actually speed up the aging process in your body, let’s clarify some simple biochemistry in your body…
This deals with “glycation” in your body, and substances called Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs). These nasty little compounds called AGEs speed up the aging process in your body including damage over time to your organs, your joints, and of course, wrinkled skin.
So with that said, what is one of the biggest factors that increase production of AGEs inside your body?
This may surprise you, but high blood sugar levels over time dramatically increase age-accelerating AGEs in your body.
This is why type 2 diabetics many times appear that they have not aged well and look older than their real age. But this age-increasing effect is NOT just limited to diabetics.
So, let’s get back to how “whole wheat” relates to this…
Here is a little-known fact that’s often covered up by the massive marketing campaigns by giant food companies that want you to believe that “whole wheat” is healthy for you…
… But the fact is that wheat contains a very unusual type of carbohydrate (not found in other foods) called Amylopectin-A, which has been found in some tests to spike your blood sugar HIGHER than even pure table sugar.
In fact, amylopectin-A (from wheat) raises your blood sugar MORE than almost any other carbohydrate source on earth based on blood sugar response testing that’s documented in studies.
This means that wheat-based foods such as breads, bagels, cereals, muffins, and other baked goods often cause MUCH higher blood sugar levels than most other carbohydrate sources.
If you don’t believe me, here’s something you should know… I ran personal blood sugar tests on myself using a blood glucometer about 45 minutes after eating 2 slices of wheat bread vs eating a bowl of oatmeal, with equivalent grams of carbohydrates.

The blood sugar test results of wheat vs oatmeal:

2 slices of whole wheat toast:45 minutes after consumption: Blood sugar spiked from 86 fasting level to 1551 Bowl of Oatmeal (equivalent grams of carbs to 2 slices wheat toast)45 minutes after consumption: Blood sugar increased from 86 fasting level to 112
As you know now, the higher your average blood sugar levels are over time, the more AGEs are formed inside your body, which makes you age FASTER.
Clearly, the whole wheat spiked blood sugar MUCH higher than the oatmeal, and if you don’t know, 155 is a massive blood sugar reading that will certainly contribute to faster aging if you eat wheat frequently… and most people eat wheat without even thinking about it at almost EVERY meal…Yikes!
Not only that, but the high blood sugar spikes caused by wheat also makes your body pump out more insulin which makes you pack on more body fat… Not fun at all!
These massive blood sugar spikes from eating wheat daily also cause damage over time to your blood sugar regulation system, harming your pancreas, causing insulin resistance, and eventually causing type 2 Diabetes. I think we have a strong case against eating so-called “healthy” wheat!

Reason #2 — Gluten and other gut-damaging compounds

The topic of gluten is on fire in the media lately…
…But most people are confused as to whether there’s any real health risks with gluten for the average person that doesn’t have Celiac disease.
The truth is that even if you are not officially “gluten intolerant” or “gluten sensitive”, there are hundreds of published studies that indicate that gluten can cause inflammation in your digestive system, and even cause “permeability” in your gut, which can lead to a health condition that’s on the rise lately called Leaky Gut, as well as other digestive issues and autoimmune problems.
Scientists theorize that the reason gluten is causing these digestive system problems is due to the excessive hybridization of wheat over the last 50 years, which has created newly modified gluten molecules that are foreign to the human digestive system compared to the ancient wheat that humans ate for several thousand years historically, and even compared to the wheat that your grandparents ate 50+ years ago.Reason #3 — Antinutrients and mineral blockers in wheat
The third reason that wheat is terrible for you is that it contains what’s called “antinutrients”, which are naturally occurring compounds in the wheat plant, but can cause undesirable effects in humans that eat too much of them.
One of these antinutrients is called phytates, which blocks the absorption in your body of certain minerals like zinc, iron, manganese, and calcium if you eat wheat too often.
Again, most people eat wheat with almost every meal (cereal in the morning, bread on sandwich at lunch, and pasta or bread at dinner), so this can cause a mineral deficiency in your body over time that leads to many health conditions.
Wheat has other mineral blockers and antinutrients aside from phytates, such as lectins. Lectins are another constituent of wheat that causes gut irritation. Yet another reason to minimize or eliminate wheat from your diet.There’s absolutely nothing “essential” about wheat in the human diet…It simply does more harm than good…period.
Many people often ask me… “But what about the FIBER in wheat? I thought that’s why it’s supposed to be healthy?”
Sorry, you can get ALL of the fiber you need from fruits, veggies, and nuts, without the digestive system damage and massive blood sugar issues that are caused by wheat.

The 3 reasons you should NEVER use Vegetable Oils…

Although vegetable oil has a healthy sounding name, it’s NOT made from vegetables…As you might already know, vegetable oil actually comes from any combination of corn oil, soybean oil, canola oil, safflower oil, and/or cottonseed oil, ALL of which are absolutely terrible for your health.
In fact, they are downright deadly, and I’m not exaggerating. Here’s why…Reason #1 — Vegetable oils usually contain deadly trans fats, even if non-hydrogenated
You already KNOW that trans fats are deadly, so I won’t go into all of the science as to why trans fats kill you and DAMAGE your cell membranes in your body…leading to all sorts of scary health problems like cancer, obesity, Alzheimer’s, heart disease, and more.
Knowing these facts, I’m sure you already know to stay away from foods that contain partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. You’ve heard that a million times before.
However, what you probably DON’T know is that even non-hydrogenated vegetable oils (all vegetable oils are refined) also contain some trans fats due to the extremely high heat, solvents, and pressure they are exposed to during the refining process. And yes, this includes so-called “expeller pressed” vegetable oils as well.
All of this high heat and high pressure processing along with the use of hexane solvents actually forces some of the polyunsaturated content of vegetable oils (yes, even so-called “healthy” canola oil) to be transformed into trans fats and something even worse that we’ll talk about in a minute called “MegaTrans”.
According to Dr. Mary Enig, PhD, and Nutritional Biochemist, “Although the Canadian government lists the trans fat content of canola at a minimal 0.2 percent, research at the University of Florida at Gainesville, found trans fat levels as high as 4.6 percent in commercial liquid canola oil”.
And this is the garbage that the government and giant food conglomerates are marketing to you as a “healthy oil”! Don’t fall for it.Reason #2 — Vegetable oils contain oxidized “mutated fats” that are worse than trans fat & CAUSE heart attacks

All vegetable oils contain oxidized fats due to the refining process and chemical reactions with the polyunsaturated fat content of vegetable oils.
Expert Nutrition author, Catherine Shanahan, MD, calls the fats in vegetable oils “MegaTrans”, because they are similar in chemistry to trans fats, but even WORSE.And MegaTrans from vegetable oils are found in almost ALL processed packaged foods, as well as virtually ALL restaurant fryers.French Fries proven to immediately harm your arteries after eating them:
Free radicals formed during the refining of vegetable oils create these “mutant” fats, which damage your cell membranes & chromosomes, and create massive inflammation in your body.
The free radicals in vegetable oils also damage your arteries, which can directly lead to a heart attack. Please be aware that this isn’t just a long-term risk of eating vegetable oils daily.
There are also studies that show immediate dysfunction in your arteries, also called endothelial function.
Catherine Shanahan, MD, cites in her book Deep Nutrition a study from New Zealand that showed that subjects who ate french fries from a restaurant fryer displayed immediate harm to their endothelial function of their arteries, going from a normal 7% dilation before eating the french fries to almost NO dilation at all (only 1%) AFTER eating the french fries. This is one thing that can cause a heart attack.
If you think I’m exaggerating, think again…
Dr Shanahan also surveyed hundreds of patients that were admitted to the hospital for a heart attack, and discovered that every single patient that just had a heart attack had consumed foods made with vegetable oils with their last meal before the heart attack…Scary huh!
Think about THAT next time you order the fries with that sandwich on the menu! It really is THAT serious.
Always ask to replace french fries that come with most meals with side veggies, fruit, or a salad instead. That may very well be the difference between dying tomorrow or enjoying many more years on this beautiful planet.Reason #3 — Vegetable oils cause massive imbalances with your Omega-6 to Omega-3 fats ratio
One of the other MAJOR reasons that vegetable oils are killing you is they are mostly made up of inflammatory omega-6 fats, while having very little anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats.
The healthiest ratio from the scientific literature appears to be a ratio of 2:1 or even 1:1 for your omega-6 to omega-3 ratio. However, most vegetable oils skew your ratio as high as 20:1 or even 30:1 in favor of harmful inflammatory omega-6 fats.
And worse yet, these omega-6 fats are NOT the innocent type found in nuts, they are the “mutant” damaged MegaTrans type that harm the tissues of your body.
This Omega fat imbalance can be YET another reason why vegetable oils lead to heart disease, cancer, obesity, and many other degenerative diseases that WILL shorten your life significantly if you don’t cut out the vegetable oils ASAP.
As a quick note, the solution to all of these major problems with vegetable oils is to use healthy oils like coconut oil, olive oil, macadamia oil, avocado oil, and grass-fed butter, all of which are MUCH healthier than vegetable oils and don’t cause any of the problems we’ve described in this section of the article.

You’ve heard a million times from health experts, bloggers, and on the news that sugar is terrible for you, but most people don’t truly understand WHY it’s so bad…
In fact, most people falsely think that if they eat sugar, they can just exercise a little bit harder that day or the next day so they can “burn it off”…
Unfortunately, that kind of thinking will lead you to an early grave.It’s not as simple as just “burning off sugar”…
It’s about what sugar does internally to the cells of your body, and how sugar gums up your internal workings, causing disease.Once again, I’m not exaggerating here, so pay close attention…
If you knew exactly why sugar is so bad for you and exactly what it does to your cells in your body, I promise that you would think twice about eating that piece of cake, candy, sugary soft drink, fruit juice, or ice cream, or feeding them to your children.

Here are just a few of the reasons that sugar is killing you…

Of course, you already know that sugar makes you fat, and gives you excess calories without any beneficial nutrients whatsoever.To clarify, when we talk about how much damage sugar does to your body, we’re NOT talking about tiny amounts such as having 5 grams of sugar from a teaspoon of honey in your tea… Small amounts of natural sugar like that are not a problem.
The REAL damage occurs when you eat that piece of cake and ingest 40-50 grams of sugar in one sitting, or that bag of candy with 35+ grams of sugar, or that soft drink with 45 grams of sugar or more…
Or even that so-called “healthy” smoothie at the local smoothie shop that contains a whopping 80 grams of sugar because of all of the fruit syrups they use in them.
Now that you know why sugar, wheat, and vegetable oils are killing you and your family, maybe you’ll think twice about eating cereals, breads, bagels, muffins, candy, and processed foods or fried foods from restaurants that are cooked in vegetable oil.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked into the kitchen of a client of mine that has hired me for nutritional counseling, and I’m shocked by what I see…
Almost every time, I see their kitchen cabinets and fridge LOADED with foods that they think are “healthy” (or have been deceived by clever food labels into believing are healthy), but in reality are fat-storing traps in disguise.

First, when you eat foods that trigger inflammation inside your body – like many diet and processed foods and even seemingly healthy foods like whole grains and soy – your adrenal glands pump out the stress hormone cortisol. Over time, this chronically high level of cortisol prompts your body to store more fat around your stomach and vital organs.

Also, worrying out about what to eat is another form of unneeded stress that leads to elevated cortisol and eventually increased belly fat.

Second, leptin is a hormone that is produced by your fat cells,
which tells the control center in your brain (known as the
hypothalamus) that you’re “full” and have enough “energy”
to function.

Normally, when you eat, your fat cells increase in
size slightly, and leptin is released, telling your
brain to STOP eating.

However, when you’re overweight or eat
processed foods that contain brain-disrupting
ingredients like sugar, fructose, MSG, or aspartame,
your hypothalamus becomes resistant to leptin.

That means that your brain NEVER gets the message that you’re full and so you feel like eating everything in sight. Your brain’s “off switch” no longer works properly.

So…can you see why eating common “diet” and processed foods (and being overweight) is so dangerous?

Have a look at most of the people you know that have gone on a diet or obsessed about counting calories. Have a look at women and men who choose the low-fat yogurt, the margarine over butter, or think they’re doing good by drinking diet sodas.

Now, you tell us: have their bodies changed at all in the past 90 days? We’ll wager you said, “No,” And you would be correct.

And that’s because most people can’t keep themselves from eating forbidden foods for long…so when they do, they BINGE, taking in a ton of “bad” calories all at once.

The result is simple – MORE fat on your hips, thighs, belly, and everywhere else!

Just purchased two copies of the book (one for my neighbor). It is much more than I expected. Love the names given to some of the burgers (The Drunken “Sophisticate” Burger) – nothing like a burger with some Brandy, Cognac and Red Wine! Some of your recipes are ingenious – nothing I have seen before. I have all year (and then some) to go through all of them. Get recommendations for the right lawyer. (From your family lawyer, friends, bar association, etc.)

Make a list of the other person’s weaknesses. The other person is usually your spouse or former spouse, but may be grandparents, foster parents, siblings, or even the State.

Make a list of the other person’s strengths. This is really important, it is too easy to concentrate on the other person’s weaknesses and what they do wrong–here we want you to list what they do right.

Make a list of your strengths.

Make a list of your weaknesses. Be honest. Only you and your lawyer will see the list.

List the strengths in your present position from the view of the judge: job, economics, help from parents, etc.

List the strengths of the other person in his or her present position.

Decide if you should be the first to initiate the suit.

Decide if you should try to settle-the case.

Decide if this is the right time to move in with your new significant other.

Make a list of the marital assets.

Include in the list when each asset came into the marriage.

Researchers out of Massachusetts found that the average man’s testosterone levels have dropped by 1.2-1.3%  annually over the last 20 years with 1 in 4 men experiencing lower than average T levels.

That means that a 30 year old man in 1986 had significantly higher testosterone levels than a 30 year old man in 1996, and ’96 had higher levels than 2006 and so on…

With each decade we’re producing less testosterone. It’s as if men are becoming less manly. And as we see this fall of man, this emasculation, we’re seeing increased obesity, heart disease, depression, and a host of other ailments rise in relation to it.

There is a silver lining, though…

Many of these thousands have doubled and tripled their testosterone levels in only a few weeks.

What you have to understand is that it’s not your genetics that are holding back from getting ripped, jacked, energetic, happy, and successful, it’s your hormones.

And when you fix this underlying cause with the simple tactics I’m going to show you in this article, you free your body to perform as it was always meant to.

Standing atop a mountain in Maui, staring down the slide that the fine gentleman who owned the property had constructed, I determined that no matter how fast I went I wouldn’t slow down.

Wanting to test not only my own limits and fears, but also how well this slide was constructed, I took a running start, launched on to me arse, perched my hips in the air so only my upper back and heels were touching the bottom of the slide, and sped off with a smile on my face…

A few seconds later, after some dicey turns and some close calls, I was skidding face first on the lava rock that surrounded the pool at the base of the slide.

My belly looked like a peeled raspberry.

I was bleeding profusely, yet no amount of pain or blood could wipe the smile off my face.

It’s this trip to Maui, and this “accident” on the insanely poorly constructed slide, that first showed me the true power of optimal testosterone levels.

Only a few months earlier I’d found out that I had low T levels when I went to the doctor and demanded a blood test. I’d been doing some reading into how low T levels show themselves…

I was walking around in a daze, half the man I was, and this gradual decline was reaching critical mass. I didn’t know what was wrong with me, so I demanded the test.

The doctor thought it was a waste of time to give me a blood test because I was only 24 years old, but I insisted.

And, sure enough, though I was fit and young, I had low T levels for my age.

Needless to say, as a guy, I freaked. But when the doctor came to me with his solution (testosterone replacement therapy), I said I’d handle it.

What I did know was that TRT is basically glorified steroids. They’re injections that replace your body’s natural ability to produce testosterone.

After a few months on TRT you can no longer produce testosterone optimally. You become dependent on the expensive injections that puff the pockets of your doctor.

It was this test that set me on a 6-year quest to figure out how to naturally increase my testosterone levels, not just to “acceptable levels” but to the highest levels a human male could possibly naturally create.

… And it was this trip, only a few months after that test, that made me realize I was on to something.

I went back to the hotel, blood still dripping from my chest, poured some rubbing alcohol on it and continued with the day.

Now, right after I got that test back from the doc I started doing a few things:

The diet I’d been using was actually filled with things that lowered my testosterone levels!

I made those 3 changes and a few others.

Bloody chest and all, I took my testosterone shake and went to bed.

The next day I awoke to a scabbed front.

The day after that the scabs were almost completely gone, and by day 3 my whole chest was healed, albeit with some light scarring.

It didn’t take me long to connect the dots.

You see, testosterone is a tissue-repairing hormone.

That’s why it helps you build muscle and recover far more quickly than you can without optimal testosterone levels.

So, through my testosterone cocktail, my before bed and upon rising routine, and through the dramatic changes in my diet that I made, I’d transformed myself into a poor man’s Wolverine.

A few other things I noticed…

My girlfriend was far friskier on account of the pheromones that you release when you’re producing optimal testosterone levels…

And the best part, so was I. I was waking up with the soldier standing at attention, my body composition was changing DRAMATICALLY…

… I was losing fat and building muscle and getting much stronger.

Here’s the reality that I was hit with…

Women make up over 80% of the market, and the diets that focus on helping women lean out, don’t give us the building blocks for testosterone that we need.

A simple example is zinc…

Men need zinc to block aromatase, which is a precursor to estrogen. Women DO NOT want to take zinc, unless they want a hint of a moustache to appear on their upper lip.

When you decrease your caloric intake over time, your body is forced to adapt in its desire to create a homeostatic environment and even out your ability to produce, use, and maintain energy. It does this by slowing your metabolism.

So, when you’re “cutting” and training hard, you’re “priming” your metabolism for failure. This eventually makes you store more body fat, which lowers your testosterone levels, further impeding your desire to burn fat and build muscle.

There’s also the issue of cortisol…

You see, cortisol is a hormone that we need, but most of us have an abundance of cortisol in our system – often the result of over-dieting or stress – and cortisol is a natural enemy of testosterone. Cortisol, when it’s at high levels in our bodies, makes us store fat and burn muscle, one of the ways we measure testosterone is in direct relation to our cortisol levels.

High cortisol levels = low testosterone levels.

The same, however, is true for muscle building diets, or “bulking protocols”.

The answer to your problems is not to simply cut calories, though it is a necessity to burn fat. You also need to create an atmosphere where your hormones are working OPTIMALLY if you want your body to do the same.

As I dug deep into researching about how the male body works I was confronted with the fact that, like many other areas of the medical profession, men are left alone.

And so, I went to work…

I began trying and testing different food and supplement and nutrient combinations on my own body, getting my T levels tested every time I’d add a new practice to my routine.

Here are 4 that helped a lot, I highly recommend you try them…

Most scientists and doctors agree that”free testosterone” is the only form of the hormone that matters because it’s free to move around the body and repair tissue. Vitamin D helps “free” the testosterone in your body that’s bound to proteins. The problem: we don’t consume enough vitamin D. Consume 3,000 IU upon rising and before bed.

Your testosterone levels are highest between 4am-6am in the morning. Taking a cold shower at night before bed will help you sleep, but also help you naturally enhance your testosterone levels. Do the same upon rising to wake up but get your T levels boosted. Have the shower last for 10 minutes both in the morning and at night. And keep it as cold as possible.

Plastics contain chemical estrogens that raise your body’s estrogen levels, which then lower your testosterone levels. Avoid carrying your water in plastic bottles and your food in plastic containers.

This isn’t talked about very often, but stress is one of the greatest inhibitors of testosterone because it results in the release of cortisol in your body. One of the way to measure testosterone is in relation to cortisol. If your cortisol is high, your testosterone can’t be. It’s important to de-stress once a month. Get out in nature, get off the computer, and unplug.

STUDY #1: Dr. Christina Wang of the University of California at Los Angeles, in studying the effects of testosterone treatment on men with testosterone deficiency, found that men expressed feelings of edginess, anger, irritability, and aggression prior to treatment.

After treatment, their anger and agitation decreased, their sense of optimism and friendliness heightened. Testosterone is not only not the rage-inducing hormone that it was (and is) believed to be, it’s also vital to the health of a man.

As soon as you set out to try to build muscle, you’re bombarded with different bulking protocols that almost without exemption follow the same principles:

Eat a lot of food (mainly carbs), and gain weight.

The problem with this mode of thinking is simple: YOU GAIN FAT!

Fat and testosterone don’t play well together. In fact, if you’re over 15% body fat, you’re likely suffering from elevated estrogen levels because excess body fat increases your estrogen levels, which decreases your testosterone levels.

Another problem with bulking and gaining fat is that it hurts your insulin sensitivity, this means you’re going to store more of those added calories as fat rather than using them to feed your muscles and repair your tissue.

So you eat and lift and eat and eat, and you gain weight, but do you gain muscle?

With the lower testosterone levels you’re not able to recover as effectively, and with the decreased insulin sensitivity, you just gain more fat.

Muscle gains don’t actually increase more with conventional bulking protocols.

STUDY #2: A study published by the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, studied the effect of dietary lipid consumption (animal fats) on levels of sex-hormone binding globulin (SHBG), free testosterone, and cholesterol in men.

They looked at how eating more dietary fats can influence levels of SHBG, free testosterone and cholesterol.

After consuming a diet with a high fat content (greater than 100 g fat/day) for two weeks, the mean plasma cholesterol level increased (p less than 0.02) while the mean SHBG level decreased (p less than 0.02).

Why are these stats important?About 2/3 of your body’s testosterone is bound to SHBG, and not “free”.Many in the scientific community believe that “free” testosterone is the only form of the hormone that counts, as it’s the only form of T that is actually ready to work on your tissue.

What I continually hear from guys is that they “have a body resistant to building muscle or burning fat.”

I hear them (maybe you) talk about bad genetics…

Very few scale learning methods focus on all five of the essential mastery skills that lead to complete scale
mastery…

Most scale learning “methods” will give you a whole bunch of scale fingerings. Then they show you some licks.
Maybe they even give you a few backing tracks. Then they leave you to it! This does not work for most
people. It only works for the most talented guitar players out there. Most of us need some extra help!

  EARS: Mastering this skill means that
you have totally internalized the sound of the scale. You know exactly what each note of the scale sounds
like.

  EYES: This is your ability to visualize
the scale over the entire fretboard. With this ability you do not have to
think in terms of scale patterns. You can see all the notes of the scale everywhere without having to
think.

  FINGERS: This is your technique. It is
your ability to actually physically play the scale anywhere on your fretboard. You
can play the scale starting from any note, any position and any string.

  INTELLECT: This is your theoretical
understanding of the scale. At the very least you should understand three main things.

  APPLICATIONS: This is your ability to
actually use the scale in a musical way.

So what does all this mean?

If you are lacking in even one area…you don’t really know
the scale fully. It has not yet been internalized. This means that improvising using the scale in a
musical way is challenging, (if not impossible)!

Very few scale learning methods out there help you learn the five essential mastery skills in an organised and

 You’ll learn about Visual Patterns. These are very powerful visual
tools that enable you to solo in different keys much more easily. This is a
big part of the secret to soloing in all 12 keys.

You’ll learn the exact 6 step method I use to master Visual
Patterns. There’s no point being aware of Visual Patterns if you can’t actually use them! In
this section you’ll drill the Visual Patterns into your brain, allowing you to solo in a very free
